据欧盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，近日欧盟食品安全局就22种吡啶、吡咯和喹啉衍生物的安全性发布意见。对于这22种物质，欧盟专家组同意粮农组织/世界卫生组织食品添加剂专家委员会（JECFA）认为将其用作调味物质无安全性问题的结论。另外，欧盟专家组还对1-糠基吡咯等15种调味物质进行评估，并提出一般使用量和最大使用量建议。

The Panel on Food Contact Materials, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids of the EFSA was requested to consider evaluations of flavouring substances assessed since 2000 by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives （JECFA） and to decide whether further evaluation is necessary, as laid down in Commission Regulation （EC） No 1565/2000. The present consideration concerns a group of 22 pyridine, pyrrole and quinoline derivatives evaluated by JECFA （63rd meeting）。
